前回の光害に続き、今回は"Noise Pollution（騒音公害）"について学習を行います。
前の誕生日に1名の生徒から「海の生物」に関する本をもらいました。本を読みながら海洋生物の声をyoutubeで聞いてみたのですが、海洋生物の声の迫力や美しさに心を打たれたことを覚えています。
今回も『海洋生物を保護するために人類は十分な対策を行っているか』というトピックに対してNoの立場で、ボディ1つ分の英文を書いてみたいと思います。
Marine creatures rely on sound for their survival. However, humans are polluting the ocean with noise, which is posing a threat to various kinds of sea creatures, such as dolphins and whales. Noise makes it difficult for them to communicate, spot their food and find their mate. To make matters worse, noise pollution is invisible unlike other threats to the ocean. More needs to be done to raise global awareness of the effects of noise on marine ecosystems. ( 78 words )
（海洋生物は生存のために音に頼っている。しかし、人間は騒音で海を汚染し、イルカやクジラのような様々な種類の海洋生物へ脅威を引き起こしている。騒音は彼らがコミュニケーションをとったりえさを見つけたりつがいを見つけることを難しくさせている。さらに悪いことに、他の海への脅威となるものと異なり騒音公害は目に見えない。騒音が海の生態系に与える影響への世界的な関心を高めるためにより多くのことがなされる必要がある。）
